How it works

Eight steps, in order, from a file on your machine to an object in your hand.

1. Upload

An STL or a 3MF, up to 30 MB. Nothing is ordered by uploading it, and you can change your mind at any point before you pay.

2. Configure

Place it on the build plate, scale or rotate it, and add more parts if the order has several. Choose material, colour, quality and strength — per part, so one order can mix them.

3. The job is prepared

This is the step that makes the rest of it work. Your plate is prepared the way it will actually be manufactured, with our production settings: the supports it needs, the transition material for any colour changes, and the path the machine will take.

4. The price

The quote is worked out from that prepared job — its material, its machine time, its production requirements — rather than from your model's volume multiplied by a rate. You also get a ready date.

This is why there is nothing to wait for. Nobody has to look at your model and write back with a number, and the number you are shown is the one you pay.

5. Checkout

Say where it is going — collected, or delivered for one flat fee — and who to reach about it. You are shown the total, including delivery, before anything is confirmed.

6. Payment

Pay by CliQ transfer to the account shown, and send us the confirmation. You can also place the order first and send the confirmation afterwards, from the order itself.

7. We make it

Your order joins the queue and is printed here in Amman. The order page shows where it has got to, and we tell you when it is done.

8. Collection or delivery

Collect it, or we deliver it, whichever you chose. Either way you are told when it is ready rather than left to ask.

If something is wrong

Printing is manufacturing, and occasionally a job fails or an object is not right. What we do about it is written down rather than decided case by case. Returns and refunds, and the manufacturing policy.
