Returns and refunds
Version 2026-09-01.2
There is nothing to return
Everything here is made for one person, from their own file, in the materials and colours they chose. It is not stock and there is no shelf for it to go back to, so we do not take returns on a print that is what you asked for.
That is also why we show you the exact price and the exact plate before you pay rather than after.
Refunds, and when they stop
Before printing starts, ask and you get your money back. Nothing has been spent yet. That covers the whole wait — while we check your payment, while the job sits in the queue, right up until the machine starts.
Once printing has started, changing your mind is no longer refundable. By then the filament is being used and the machine hours are committed, and neither comes back if the object is never collected. Your order page shows which stage you are at, so you can always tell which side of that line you are on.
If something goes wrong at our end
That line is about changing your mind. It is not about us getting it wrong.
- It arrives damaged. Tell us and we will refund it or make it again, whichever you would rather. Damage on the way to you is ours to sort out — you paid for something that arrives intact.
- The print failed. If it comes off the plate wrong that is our problem and our filament. We reprint it or refund you.
- We decide we should not make it. If a review says we cannot manufacture your model, you are refunded in full whatever stage the order has reached. Paying never authorised production in the first place.
How to ask
Open your order and use the contact details there, or reply to the message we sent when you placed it. Quote the reference — it starts with MFF — and tell us what happened. If it arrived damaged, a photograph settles it fastest.
